March Photo of the day. I thought I would try my hand at this daily photo shoot. I will do my best here to get what I can with the time I have. I travel a lot, so I bought a used Pro1 to take with me as this will fit in my luggage a lot easier than my DSLR.
March 31: Artistic impression, Chesapeake Bay Deadrise at work.
I was out looking for shots today and I had taken a few I liked. I saw this deadrise working the waters here on the bay and snapped a picture. Shot is cropped a lot as the lens is only 24-85 mm that I was using indoors for a bathroom project. The weather has been real blah the last 2 day with today not much better. So the lighting at noon and the badly overcast makes for some poor conditions to shot from. I took this shot, but the sky and the coloring on the water was not the best so I tried a few effects in PS. I came up with this and like the results. You can still make out the boats and the birds, but the bland conditions have taken on a new look. What to you folks this of my artist shot?
