John (300m) > Oct 26: Snack Time This is a shot I have been wanting to try so I took the time yesterday to setup the shot late in the afternoon. I find studio work a little harder with 2 curious kittens in the house. You cannot leave a shot setup and walk away as one of them will check it out. I shot a lot of pictures before I decided on the tea lights to set the mood with a compact fluorescent lamp bounced off the back ceiling in the background to give some front lighting. I was a lot of tries to get the lighting to a temp and degree I wanted and a few visits from both Mittens and Marco to see what was on the desk and what I was doing. This was a 50 sec exposure to get the final result. Kara said the cookies were good to and I must admit she was right. After the shot we ate the evidence.
