John (300m) > Sept 26: Color in the rain
I took my car into service yesterday morning so I decided to take my wife to breakfast after we dropped my car off. I took a few shots at the dealership and some gong down the road as my wife drove. I spied this shot on the way in and took a bunch available light but they were not very good as I had camera shake. Lowest ISO on this one is 400 and usable is 200. I used 100 and the flash to capture this shot. I really liked the way the colors and the light hit the leaves in this shot. In lightroom I added +5 black and +10 Clarity
Have a good weekend everyone
John (300m) > Water drop on the crass. Hand held shots merged into 1 picture. Focus stack of 3 shots.
John (300m) > marina shot from yesterday Edit suggestion as per the Dailies.
Cropped the bottom right and added some black vignette to the the lower right.
John (300m) > Sept 9 : Tree's along the water
I went walking yesterday at lunch and it was one of those days where you do not see much to photograph at all. I was looking for black & white subjects for something different as I have taken a lot of shots on post and my subjects are getting limited. This tree along the water caught my eye along with the clouds so I went for this. It was all I was happy with.

Here is the changes as per suggestions to yesterday's POD Marina Thanks for the tips
John (300m) > August 23: Sunset Pano.
Saturday Night when I first arrived at the beach. We went up to Duck to some shops and I spotted this from the parking lot. I grabbed the camera and tripod that were in the trunk and headed across the street while the girls went shopping in another store. This is a 9 shot progression of the sound at sunset just before the sun vanished . Tripod mounted using the RRS nodal bracket and pan head. 17-35mm lens at 35mm all manual

My thanks to Bill Pador for letting everyone known that the only net access I had was my cell phone.

I am starting to upload all the shots I was behind that I took while there, some panoramas' and some black & whites
John (300m) > B&W of the gazabo on the bay at sunset. The sun had disappeared here so the sky is very white as it is all blue. I liked the contrast between the 2.
