John (300m) > Rose reflections I wanted to share this rose this morning. Not one of my better mornings as I have a migraine and had gone back to bed for a while. They are coming to fix my garage door, broken spring, so I had to get up. Please enjoy the reflected rose and have a great day

John (300m) > The "Lexicont" Challenge...06/15/09 The Challenge:Show us your interpretation of "Lexicon Challenge". The Participants: Kre8ive, The Curious Camel, Karina, Creative Deviance, Lady Kate, Johnloguk, FotoEffects, Hillary, CSPics, and myself. The Result: For this weeks challenge I choose the word "Diaphanous" meaning "Characterized by extreme delicacy of form" This reminded me of the delicate pedals of a flower. While in the new Whole Foods store I saw somw white calla Lily's and I thought of the challenge. I shot these Sunday afternoon and thought B&W would be good for the challenge of what I was trying to convey so I did the conversion in PS and here we are.

Hand held using SB200 flash units on extensions.
